No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 6 months .

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

5. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

Your protection is vital to us, which is the reason we’ve made a different Privacy Policy keeping in mind the end goal to clarify in point of interest how we gather, oversee, process, secure, and store your private data. Our protection arrangement is incorporated under the extent of this User Agreement. To persue our security strategy completely. .

12. Timeline for completion of work     

Timelines mentioned for work completion are estimations and should not be construed as an agreed promise from Ashuji Work completion is dependent on multiple externalities such as government department and third party vendors (e.g, CAs, CS, payment gateway). Ashuji will have limited warranties in such cases. Ashuji won’t be at risk for any immediate, backhanded, coincidental, considerable or model misfortune or harms which may be brought about by you as a consequence of utilizing our Resources, or as an aftereffect of any progressions, information misfortune or defilement, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full degree that appropriate restriction of obligation laws apply. .

13. Pricing     

Set a defined pricing policy for different kinds of services and the client can opt for the services as per the Requirement. The price mentioned on the Website is the Starting at Price and the prices may vary depending on state, kind and number of services availed by the client. We reserve the right to change the prices as quoted on our website at any given point of time but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force. The Defined pricing policy is not applicable for an increase in the total fee paid by the client to Ashuji due to increase in government fee or fee incurred by the client for completion of legal documentation or re-filing of forms with the government due to rejection or resubmission. We are not responsible or liable for any other cost incurred by the client related to the completion of the service. The price quoted on the Website may be incorrect and not updated, we will recheck the prices and the correct price will be notified to you before the contract comes into force. .

14. Limitation of Liability     

You expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. Ashuji will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply. .
